For years we looked at listings, saved results, noted the features we wanted, and neighborhoods that felt like home. About a year ago, we started looking for a realtor. She hit the streets, talking to every realtor in her network, and searching for the perfect property for us. And knowing what we wanted wasn't easy for her either - 95% of the time our conversations ended with 'no, this isn't the right house for us.' But it never deterred her. She kept at it until she found us the PERFECT HOUSE! Then she helped in every way possible to make the house buying and closing happen. From facetiming us after the work day, to taking photos for us for insurance to connecting us with local support, she went the extra effort. She even helped entertain our daughter during one showing so we could get an extra close look a details. Her loving, caring style is second to none. We are soo happy we chose Neriah, and would do it again in a heartbeat. From the bottom of my heart I say thank you! Neriah made our Cabin in Arnold dream come true.
